We offer products and services that may include:

  • bespoke and made-to-measure suits
  • jackets, trousers and shirts
  • tuxedos and formalwear
  • women’s custom and couture garments
  • fabrics, linings and other garment materials

Product descriptions, quotations, invoices, order forms, measurement records, design selections and payment requests form part of the agreement between you and us.

For custom, bespoke or made-to-measure items, the final product is made according to the specifications, measurements and selections confirmed by you.

 3. Ordering process

An order is usually confirmed when one or more of the following occurs:

  • you approve a quote, order form or invoice
  • you confirm measurements, garment details or fabric selections
  • you pay a deposit or full payment
  • you pay via a payment link issued by us

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before payment, including:

  • garment type
  • fabric and lining selections
  • styling selections
  • measurements
  • initials, monograms or personalisation
  • delivery or collection details
  • any agreed fitting or alteration arrangements

If any of these details are incorrect, you must notify us as soon as possible.

 4. Pricing and currency

All prices are stated in the currency shown on the quote, invoice or payment page unless otherwise stated.

Prices may include or exclude taxes, duties, shipping, insurance or other charges depending on what is stated in the quote, invoice, order form or payment request.

If GST or other taxes apply, they will be shown where required.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges or other destination-country fees unless we expressly state otherwise.

 5. Payment terms

We may require full payment, partial payment or a deposit before beginning work, placing production, reserving fabric or shipping goods.

By paying via our payment link or other payment method, you authorise us to process the payment for the amount shown.

Accepted payment methods may include card payments, bank transfer, wallet payments or other methods made available at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • deposits are applied toward the total order price
  • production may not begin until the required payment is received
  • goods may not be released, shipped or made available for collection until required payment is received in full

If a payment is declined, reversed or charged back, we may pause production, withhold release, suspend services or recover reasonable costs to the extent permitted by law.

 6. Third parties involved

To operate our business and process payments, we may use third-party service providers, including:

  • payment service providers and gateways
  • business software and order management platforms
  • logistics, couriers and shipping providers
  • fabric mills, suppliers, workshops or production partners
  • alteration partners or other specialist service providers

Where applicable, payment processing may be facilitated through third-party providers such as Adyen, and order administration, payment requests or workflow support may be facilitated through Rock of Eye or other authorised business systems used by us.

These providers support the transaction or fulfilment process, but your purchase contract for the relevant goods or services remains with Precision Tailors Pty Ltd trading as Wil Valor, unless expressly stated otherwise.

 7. Measurements, custom orders and production

For custom, bespoke or made-to-measure orders:

  • you confirm that the measurements, fit preferences and design selections recorded by us are correct, unless you notify us of an error promptly
  • small variations may occur due to hand-finishing, fabric characteristics, production tolerances, pattern matching, lighting and screen display differences
  • fabric, lining and trim availability may change before production is placed
  • where a selected material becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives

If measurements are provided remotely by you or by a third party not engaged by us, we are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate measurements, except to the extent required by law.

If we take the measurements ourselves, we will use reasonable care and skill in doing so.

 8. Lead times, delivery and collection

Estimated production and delivery timeframes are indicative only unless we expressly agree that a date is guaranteed.

Production and delivery timing will vary depending on garment type, fabric availability, fitting requirements, alteration requirements, production scheduling and shipping destination.

Delays may occur due to fabric availability, production scheduling, public holidays, shipping disruptions, customs clearance, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery, collection or fitting arrangements will be confirmed at the time of order.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery, collection or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that shipping and contact details are correct.

 9. Fittings and alterations

Where fittings or post-delivery alterations are included, this will be stated in your quote, invoice or order confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • any included alterations are limited to reasonable fit refinements
  • included alterations do not cover major design changes, weight changes, posture changes or changes requested after approval of the garment design
  • additional alteration work may be charged separately

If you do not attend arranged fittings within a reasonable period, this may delay completion of your order.

 10. Cancellations

Before production begins, we may allow cancellation subject to any non-recoverable costs already incurred, such as consultation costs, special-order fabric, payment processing costs or administrative costs, to the extent permitted by law.

After production has begun, custom, bespoke or made-to-measure orders may not be cancellable for a full refund because the goods are being made to your specifications. In those cases, we may retain all or part of the amount paid to cover work completed, materials ordered and other reasonable costs, to the extent permitted by law.

Gift vouchers and ready-made or non-custom items may be subject to separate terms stated at the time of purchase.

 11. Refunds, returns and remedies

We want customers to be satisfied and we will work with you in good faith to resolve genuine issues.

11.1 Change of mind

Unless required by law, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice or late change in personal preference, especially for custom, bespoke or made-to-measure goods.

11.2 Faults, errors or issues

If there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with:

  • your name
  • order number or proof of purchase
  • a description of the issue
  • photos where relevant

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer one or more of the following:

  • correction or remake
  • alteration or repair
  • replacement
  • partial refund
  • full refund

11.3 Consumer law rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

For Australian customers, our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

 12. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue promptly.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a validly authorised payment without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, except where this would restrict rights you have under applicable law or card scheme rules.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may provide relevant records to the payment provider, including invoices, order forms, messages, measurement records, delivery records and other documents relevant to the transaction.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity or loss arising from delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
