Grooms Timeline

24th October 2020

Generally, the grooms are in charge of the wedding suits. So your wedding day outfit requires thought and preparation. To help you out we’ve created a brief timeline that will help keep everyone on track.

Three Months Out - Organise the initial fabric and style consultation.

3 months prior to your wedding date generally the bride and bridesmaids have been chosen, flowers are locked in and the invitation's dress codes are set. This will provide us with all the information we need to help guide you.

One Month Ensure the suit fits perfectly.

We prefer to deliver your wedding suit one month out from the wedding. One less thing to think about and one more box ticked as the weeks prior to a wedding are somewhat crazy. This is also a good time to organize any ties, pocket handkerchiefs, shoes and socks.

A Week Before - It’s time to work on yourself.

This is a good time to get a haircut so you won’t have that “new haircut” look on the day. This is also a good time to look at the suit to see if it needs a final press.

The Day Before - Double-Check

Double-check to make sure you have your suit, shirt, tie, shoes, socks and cufflinks. It is easy to forget cufflinks.

The Big Day  - It will take you longer to get ready than you think so start at least an hour before you have to leave.

Remember to take in the moment and enjoy your day.
