What to wear to the Christmas Party

Around this time of year comes the somewhat awkward decision making process of what to wear to the office Christmas party.

If it is straight after work then it is easy but if it happens to be a dinner or a lunch on a weekend. Then what....

It is important to keep your image consistent. Consistency is a major contributing factor in holding credibility. Losing credibility because of your lack of smart casual style outside the office is a tragedy and a lot of people are unwittingly doing it. What most people don't realise is having style outside the office only adds to your credibility.

So what is Smart Casual Style and how do you blend your office and more casual personal style and keep consistency?
